With prices for our stair units starting from just £395, including VAT, easy access to your loft is now literally within reach.

For ceiling heights up to 8ft the basic installation cost is £395 including VAT. If you're your ceiling height exceeds 8ft, you simply pay an additional £25 per extra foot.

Our stair units are manufactured in standard widths from 22 to 30 inches, however for a small additional charge, bespoke units can be made to your requirements.

Installations in homes with lath and plaster ceilings take more time, therefore this attracts an additional charge of £50.
